Faith Formation for Adults
The Order of Christian Initiation of Adults (OCIA) is the spiritual process by which one is initiated into the Catholic Church.
The OCIA is a process designed for adults who are interested in learning more about the Catholic faith with the goal of becoming Catholic or becoming confirmed. We welcome new members year round; with sacraments received when individuals are fully prepared. The meetings present an overview of Catholic beliefs and provide an opportunity to ask questions and explore your feelings and any concerns you might have. The goal is to grow your faith! If you are not baptized (called catechumens) Baptism and Confirmation typically occur at the Holy Easter Vigil.
